- Description: This striking houseplant hails from Madagascar and because it has leaves growing around the crown this combination gives rise to the common name of Madagascar Palm. Pachypodium means "thick foot" and refers to the thick swollen stem that stores water and gives the plant structure and strength.
The swollen stem grows upwards with the leaves surrounding the crown gradually falling and then growing new ones as it ages. All parts of Pachypodium contain a latex sap which is poisonous. However, even if you do have pets this may not be a total deal breaker because the plant protects itself by way of tough hooked spines that will deter even the most curious cat.

Fabulous! I’ve purchased these more than once!
Size: 12 Inch, Color: Gold, Size: 12 Inch, Color: Gold
These are beautiful and the perfect size for the 12” wide boards I use. The lumber isn’t cut to exactly 12” so there is a slight gap in the back towards the wall which I like for cords, and the boards stay in place with bottom screws. These are very sturdy, thick, and solid. I have not had a single problem with any of them. They are easy to install and very functional. Definitely worth the cost. I have purchased a couple of times.

Heavy duty brackets!
Size: 8 Inch, Color: Gold, Size: 8 Inch, Color: Gold
These brackets are heavy duty and came with the correct hardware. They were easy to install, the two holes were so helpful to know where to mark them. I think because they’re heavy duty you can place a good amount of weight on your shelves. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that 4/69 of shelves, the paint was chipping but it was the perfect gold color.
